Return Eligibility
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after 14 days.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or received incorrectly.
To request an exchange, please contact our support team with your order details and product images (if applicable).
Gift Purchases
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, eligible refunds may be issued as store credit or gift credit.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product received from Gunnaazs.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.
